Subsidy Provider Payments: This week’s payment (10/13/17) has been processed, next week’s payment will likely be delayed, due to staff not being able to work. Please do not call us asking if your payment will be delayed, as no one can answer that question at this time.
Subsidy Parents: If you are in need of a new child care provider, please complete a Child Care Referral Request Form on our website at: www.solanofamily.org. If you need us to approve a new child care provider, please leave a message for your FSS with the name, phone # and start date of that provider. If you are up against a deadline, and are concerned about your child care services ending, we will take our closure into account and you will be given extra time to comply with program requirements.
